Lil' Sports and Fitness is a specially designed program for children ages 3-5 years and is structured to teach the basics in a variety of different sports in a safe, encouraging environment. All the while incorporating various fitness activities that will improve your child's hand eye coordination, gross motor skills, peer-to-peer relationships, and instilling healthy and active lifestyle habits.

You can pick any of our 4 sports (perfect for a themed party), or choose our party games package with balloon games,relay races, and tug o war.. We'll do whatever you'd like!

1. Q: How long are Lil' Sports & Fitness classes, and how old are the children that attend?
A: Classes are 45 minutes in length and designed for 3-5 year olds.
5. Q: Does my child need to bring any equipment to class: baseball mitt, basketball, etc..?
A: Nope:) everything is provided. We provide all equipment for all sports and activities.
2. Q: When are these classes?
A: We have classes offered mornings, afternoons,weekdays and Saturdays. Times are determined by individual facilities.
6. Q: What sports do you teach and what do you cover with each?
A: We currently offer the following sports: Soccer, Football, Teeball, Basketball. We teach how to dribble, catch, throw, hit , run bases, shoot , balance, jump, and will learn the basic rules and terminology of each sport.
3. Q: Where are your classes taught?
A; We currently have classes available at:
The Eau Gallie Civic Center, Port St. John Community center,The DRS Center in Satellite Beach and Viera Regional Community Center, as well as Veteran's Memorial Center in West Melbourne.
4. Q: How long do you spend on each sport?
A: We typically spend 1 month on each sport. Every week, we build upon the skills we learned the previous week with different lesson plans. Every session is different to provide variety and to keep things fresh.
7. Q: How much are these classes?
A: Prices are partly determined by the individual centers that host the programs, but the monthly fee ranges from $30-$36 for 4 sessions.
